The beginning of a new year provides a good opportunity to pause and reflect. A time to consider hopes, dreams, plans and intentions for the new year. It also provides a good opportunity for us to pause and consider our relationship with our Lord. David Platt, author of Radical, recently spoke to 16,000 college students and young adults at the triennial Urbana conference about this Jesus we know as our Savior and whom we say we love.
I found myself deeply convicted by Platt's words and would highly recommend setting aside a half hour to hear what he has to say (but only if you are in a place where you don't mind having your comfortable world shaken). The audio is not the best so you will want to either pump up the volume or get a pair of headphones to listen in.
